Wow, talk about polyphenols , you know, that earthy taste and burn on the back of your throat, well this has it all. Not for cooking, it’s a fine high quality olive oil for tasting and drizzling, not cheap but with it if you love quality olive oils.

I put it on everything, the taste is marvelous.

It is difficult to pour sometimes. The plastic spout makes it difficult to pour onto a spoon without dripping. It pours sometimes slowly, sometimes fast, and sometimes it just leaks. I am not at all pleased with how difficult it is to use this olive oil.

The pungent peppery taste in my palate says it all how ‘tis remarkable EVOO is produced and how superior the Quality is mastered and worth the price tag…my steaks,seafood to my salads even dipping homemade bread in Superbo made my meals much more savory,I also make it a morning ritual taking a Tbl spoon shot of Superbo! Hatte gerade noch die letzte Flasche erwischt. Das Öl kam sehr zügig aus Livorno in Italien an und war liebevoll verpackt in allerlei Zeitungen aus Pisa (viel Lesestoff gratis!). Im Olivenöltest der Zeitschrift "Der Feinschmecker" kann man im Internet die Beurteilung dieses Spitzenöls nachlesen und staunen was die Ölprüfer da alles herausschmecken von Artischocken bis Kaffeebohnen und von Mandeln bis Peperoni. Jeder wird wohl andere Geschmacksnoten entdecken, aber der Genuss ist auf jeden Fall garantiert. Dieses Öl hat einen Duft nach frisch gemähtem Gras, es ist mittelfruchtig mit leicht pfeffriger Note und bietet sich bestens an zu handfester Kost oder einfach zu knusprigem Brot. Man sollte auf diesen Genuss nicht verzichten, wohl aber auf die billigen Öle aus dem Supermarkt. Ich hoffe, dass es bald Nachschub geben wird. Die allerbeste Benotung ist hier jedenfalls gerechtfertigt: reine Medizin (ohne schädliche Nebenwirkungen) für jedermann.

Gradito in misura notevole, detto anche dai suoceri che lo producono per uso domestico da 50 anni. Imballo super perfetto. Acquisto consigliato.

Kannte das Olivenöl schon und war immer sehr angetan von diesem Öl.leider sind die Kosten für verpackung und Porto zu hoch für eine 0,5l Öl dafür nur 3 sterne.habe andere sorten Olivenöl bestellt die waren o.k.
