As someone with thick 3C curls, finding the right leave-in conditioner isn't easy—but this one checks every box. I recently tried this and have absolutely fallen in love with this brand. My hair smells so good and is so soft when I use this. It definitely detangles and hydrates my hair. Doesn’t leave any unwanted residue or anything. It’s a great product. Especially since it is cruelty free!!!

I have 2 biracial girls with very different curl patterns-1 with very course, dry curls; 1 with very fine, loose curls. The one with very course, dry curls this stuff works GREAT as a detangler!!! By far the best I’ve tried. The one with fine hair, it works well but not AS well. I like it for the both of them just because of the clean ingredients. It smells good but I can see some people not liking it because it’s not as fragrant as some stuff. Totally worth the price!!

Let me explain something to you. I went to Paul Mitchell—not to do hair, but to learn how to properly take care of my own. I’ve used every brand out there: Redken, Kérastase, Aveda, you name it. I’ve tried everything under the sun on damaged, highlighted, lifted, dry, brittle hair. And guess what? 👉🏼 None of them come close to this. It smells of aloe when sprayed, that quickly dissipates. Innersense Sweet Spirit Leave-In Conditioner is, without exaggeration, the best detangler on the market. How I Use It: After conditioning, I gently blot my damp hair with a T-shirt (no towels—don’t rough up those cuticles!), then I spray this in. Let it sit for a few minutes—don’t rush it—and then comb through with a wide-tooth comb. It glides. Like silk. No tugging. No breakage. No panic. This product saved my hair when I nearly fried it. It was breaking, tangled, impossible to manage—and this was the only thing that made it combable again before I cut it. Even now with shorter, very highlighted (but healthier) hair, it’s still the only leave-in I trust. Product works well but not a fan of the smell, my daughter doesn’t like me to use it on her because of the smell

I love this product! I have curly hair and use this after washing. Eliminates tangles, adds moisture and softness. A bottle lasts many months. Great product and value.

Love, love, love this stuff!!! Smells great and really hydrates with awesome ingredients! I have very thick, dry curly hair and it really hydrates my locks well. I also use it to refresh my curls between washes. I'll never use anything else.

So far: (it’s in my hair now) 1. Smell is awful - patchouli? Ugh! 2. It hardly got the tangles out of my hair- I had to use so much 3. I was hoping it would be more of a watery consistency as it is in a pump spray bottle , but it is more like a thick serum We’ll see how it goes, I don’t feel good about it right now.

Very good product for who don't like heavy stuff on hair. Light and soft. Helped my frizz ends too. My natural hair is a bit wavy.
