Fun knife for the grill
What a cool knife. It will serve nicely around the grill. Knife is very solid and very very sharp. I have the whole series now. love this knives..

Wonderful service
I gave the knife as a gift. There was a scrape on the blade that was noticed. I notified them and was sent another immediately. Excellent knife .

Valhalla Piranha 6"
I am reviewing specifically the Valhalla Piranha 6" grilling knife. Beautiful knife. Sharp on both sides as it appears. There IS a very slight bend in the blade, though it is still razor sharp. This is the first time I've received a knife from Dalstrong that was anything short of 5 stars (and it's my sixth one). It wasn't enough of an imperfection to return the knife, especially since i had already bonded with the knife before discovering the bend. But it was enough to lose a star. 5 stars is perfect. This is almost there, but not quite. I still love it, but the quality control engineer could do with some retraining.

Razor sharp out of the box
Not going to lie this thing is fantastic. They come razor sharp out of the box and I've put it to work against ribs, briskets and chickens. Does the job every time. Hell it's also good enough to fillet a fish. This has become my workhorse

Great way to slice your own hand!
Why would you put the opener on the cutting edge?!?! Pantomime holding a beer, then using an opener on the cap. As you rotate the opener up, the tip goes down, directly towards your hand holding the beer!!! Got it as a gift. Returned.
