Works well so far. I ordered two bags as replacement and have so far washed the pickup 7 times and still seems to work well. Absolutely love the fact that I can wash, rinse, and walk away with no worries of spots. Cuts my washing time by more than half.

Really works great. However, it’s expensive for only 150 gallons of spot free water.

Replacing the resin was pretty easy once I found Youtube videos on how to do it **. A quick search of the manufacturer's website didn't reveal anything useful in this regard. I think now that I understand how to do it the next replacement should take me about 10 minutes. As others have mentioned, the price has shot up quite a bit and might end up making me find ways to conserve my resin (meaning fewer purchases - I deducted one star solely due to the price increase). In all fairness to the manufacturer, I must say I did not follow their advice to use a pressure regulator. I'm running the full pressure from the spigot through their device. I may, however, experiment with reducing the flow through the hose and seeing if I can live with less water pressure. If I can, and if that extends the use of the resin, I'll update my review. The resin actually works extremely well and would be worth all five stars if it hadn't become that much more costly. The longevity of the resin will vary from place to place due to the composition of the water but I managed to get about a month of use out of the material that came in the system I purchased (so this review is technically for the original resin and the effort to replace it from a fresh bag, which should perform the same). I detail my car weekly and did a few mid-week rinses (active construction site next to my work means my car gets coated in dust). Considering this bag of resin sells for about $65 at the time this review was written, that's going to cost me nearly $800 per year to wash my car (in addition to the initial system purchase). I wash my car even during the winter when it is above 40 degrees (I live in the mid-Atlantic region) so depending on temperature and the need to rinse salt off my car we'll see if I continue to require one bag of resin every month (I certainly hope it's not more). I would not be surprised to see a knockoff or two hit the market given how much this stuff costs. As long as demand supports it, however, I'm sure the price won't come down. ** Update 10/24/2019: I found instructions for my device I had tossed aside in my original unboxing excitement. They appear to describe the method for replacing the resin but I still would have needed to view the videos I found on Youtube. Nothing comes with the replacement resin.

Great product works well clean 45 ft RV, new and old cars. Service is great and product is shipped ASAP. Been using this system for 2 years definitely a must have.

This is my 3rd recharge. Can’t believe how expensive this stuff is for how long it lasts. About 4 months. You may be better off buying a more permanent device as the refills will add up.

Works on well water. No more white spots

It works like it should. But I am running Two pre filters and are only getting 45-60 gallons. So one tank full. That is unacceptable. I'll be looking into a better cost effective method/system.

I put this resin in my 10" car wash filter and read a 600 ppm drop in TDS! Hopefully it lasts a few washes, but only time will tell with my hard desert water.
