O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet Intense Renewal Cream, 3 oz Tube, 1-Pack

I waited two weeks before writing this review, because I wanted to see if it actually worked. After using it twice daily (morning and night) for two weeks straight, I can confirm it definitely works! The attached photos show the progress of my worst-looking heel over two weeks of using this product. My heels had gotten very dry, cracked, and sometimes painful because I’d been neglecting to take care of them, but with summer (and all my cute sandals) approaching, I finally decided to fix my nasty heels. I tried plain ole regular lotion a few times, but it didn’t seem to help, so I searched on Amazon for the best heel cream. I decided to go with this cream because it listed Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), which is a chemical exfoliant. The second day after I started using it, I noticed an immediate improvement. I could see that the AHA had already started to soften and loosen the thick, dead skin on the surface of my heel after just one day of use. The product itself has a light minty-ish smell which I appreciate, and once it soaks into the skin, it doesn’t feel noticeably greasy. When applying it, it feels lightweight but also thick and creamy at the same time. I do not/did not use any foot files during the time that I’ve used this product. My attached photos are purely the result of using this cream (although I’m sure that using a foot file before applying the cream would have made the healing process go faster). I also want to note that I have very sensitive skin in general, but this did not irritate the skin on my feet. Clearly, this product works! I highly recommend this cream if you’re someone like me who struggles with very dry, cracked heels. I’m going to continue using the cream twice daily until my heels are totally healed, and then I’ll probably cut back to once a day (or at least a few times a week). I’m very glad I chose this cream! UPDATE: I added my 4 week photo, and as you can see, my heel is nearly completely healed! I am continuing to use it and it continues to keep my heels moisturized!

I saw results with this lotion after just one use. I've put it on the bottom of my feet for four nights now and my feet are soft and oh-so smooth. This lotion is non-greasy yet softens very dry heels and other worn areas on my feet. It is fragrance-free. Product description was totally accurate. My feet wish I had gotten this sooner!

I seriously wish I had found this cream sooner. My heels were always dry and rough no matter what I tried, and this worked incredibly fast. Within about a week, my feet were noticeably softer and smoother. I had been using a urea stick for almost 3 months with barely any results, but this cream did more in one week than that did the entire time. I also don’t need to use a pumice stone nearly as often anymore — just once in a while for maintenance. The light minty scent is really pleasant and not overwhelming at all. A little dab also goes a long way, so the jar should last quite a while. This has easily become part of my routine, and my heels are the softest they’ve been in a long time. Definitely worth it.

I received O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet Intense Renewal Cream on June 3 and began using it immediately for a badly callused bottom left side of my left foot that was causing pain and swelling to the point that I found it difficult to get my shoe on. The callus was probably the result of wearing shoes that were too wide for me. As of June 18, the pain is gone and the swelling in the foot is significantly reduced. I will continue using this product to make sure the callus disappears altogether. Thank you to the manufacturer for making such a superb product. The reviews make this cream sound too good to be true, but be assured it really works amazingly well. O'Keeffe's has a customer for life now.

Good product. Keeps my feet soft and crack free. Like this lotion. Be using for about as year.

This product is fantastic! I have tried so many products to soften my rough feet and nothing has worked except for this cream. I actually Googled what would be the best ingredients in a foot cream and this product had them all. Within two days of using it all of my rough skin has softened and is easier to eliminate with a pumice stone.

Helps make my feet soft I have to use multiple times due to ruff feet but love how it help my dry rough feet great for diabetic is a plus would purchase again

Works wonders on my sensitive, dry hands and feet! One of the only products I've found that improves my aging skin during menopause.

Nice balmy texture. Not creamy or too fluid like most foot creams. Just been 2 weeks of everyday use, heels feels soft & smooth. Wished it was fragrance-free but I guess it’s .. alright, since its for the feet? Would repurchase.
