I've used this power brick 4 times now. It holds enough power to recharge my 14 ProMax 1 time. That's all I needed it for, so I'm happy. I love the ease of use, how I can just attach it to the back of my case and my phone recharges. I like that it's slim and not cumbersome. The whole unit warms slightly when charging the phone, but it's not enough to worry about.

At basically the same capacity as most modern smartphones, its a good option if you just need to top off while on a trip or doing some activity out and about in a pinch. Its fairly light, easy to fit in your pocket, slim and easy to take you with you anywhere you go. But its only going to charge you up maybe once. Don't count on this if you take a long trip and need portable battery power to recharge multiple times or multiple devices. This is meant to be a one charge, one device type of accessory and its great at that!

Seems when I upgraded my phone the battery life wasn't as great. I LOOOVE this product. Charges my phone fully charged. Just don't be a dingbat like me and think its broken when you 1st get it. It's not... you just have to turn the power button on, ha!

3/22/25: Update after customer service reached out to me. They offered a replacement or full refund. I chose replacement as I’ve always preferred this brand. So far the replacement has worked well. Great customer service and product is as expected. Would recommend. Huge plus over others is the slim design. Fits nicely in my phone holder in the car. Still gets warm when using but only if you are using the phone while charging it which is to be expected with any charger.I genuinely felt the Anker brand was superior to others so I bought this and gave my son the one I had. For this price, I would not recommend. Fully charged, it charged my phone less than 50% before dying. It took over 2 hours to do that and was hot after a short period of time. It also takes forever to get it fully charged. On the plus side, it is slim and fits nicely in my hand and phone holder.

I wouldn't rely on this as a daily power bank. It gets hot fast when wireless charging, which also wastes plenty of charge since it's so inefficient. Bring a cable.I like the fact this can act as a charging pad overnight and, when you wake up, your backup and phone are at 100.Doesn't charge watches, unfortunately, when my other wireless chargers do. Airpods get charged fine.

Item stopped recharging after less than 3 months of use. It started having issues after about 60 days, but now won't recharge at all. When it was recharging, it seemed to recharge much slower than other batteries I've owned and then when used it seemed very slow in charging up my iphone. I checked out the troubleshooting and it appears that the lack of recharging issue is a common issue. Its totally unusable after less than 90 days of use and the troubleshooting tips aren't working. Buy another product.
