FREE SOLDIER Men's LT Military Tactical 8" Daily Work Boots

I am a UPS driver. I walk 20,000 to 25,000 steps per day. It is really hard to find shoes that can survive the abuse my job puts on them. I recently decided to switch from normal walking shoes to boots because I have bad ankles.I am always scared to spend too much on shoes, because I have never found any shoe, at any price, that lasted more than six months. The last pair of boots I had were twice the price of these ones, and the entire sole peeled off after 3 weeks, but these had good reviews, and were very reasonably priced, so I decided to give them a go. (The dark brown ones).Straight out of the box they were probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. I thought I was going to have to break them in for a while, but that was no problem. Also, the ankle support is superb.After a month, or two, each shoe started to show a small gap between the sole and the shoe near the ball of my foot. But I put a tiny bit of shoe glue in there, and it hasn't been a problem again.Right now, I have been wearing them every day for 3 months (or at least 1.3 Million steps), and they seem like they will probably make it another 3, at least. That's probably about as much as you can reasonably ask for boots that were under $70.One other note: they are supposed to be waterproof, but I haven't really had a chance to test that out here through the bone-dry, Salt Lake City summer months. But if they last into the winter, I will give an update on that.Update: The total durability wound up being about 7-8 months, or about 3 million steps. And, even at seven months they were still waterproof. They could have probably gone another month even, but the soles were getting pretty thin, and I decided to get a new pair for winter.I ended up getting the dark black this time, which seems to hold up better in terms of appearance. They were not as comfortable, out of the box, as the dark brown ones were, but still pretty comfortable, and broke in quickly. Also, whereas the brown ones seemed very breathable, and cool; the black ones seem to be much warmer, so they work out better for the cold weather, and snow.

Wasn't sure my Husband was going to like them or if they fit But he Loved them & fit was great!!! He climbs for a living & said soles were grippy & boots are light!! I did by him inserts for them but didn't have to. Nice boot,nice price!

After a solid year of aggressive use - AZ mountain hunting and hiking - these boots are STILL going strong. No sole separation, no tears, soles wearing nice and even, and the suede-like material cleans up great despite trekking thru nasty off-trail terrain - rugged sharp granite, felled trees and heavy branches, water, mud, everything. I'm ordering another pair when these reach end of life but still going. Sizing was perfect for me. Only reason it doesn't get five stars - the substandard laces. I'd prefer this price point have decent quality solid leather or synthetic laces - not these cheaply made cloth covered yarn. The tan cloth pulled apart right away.

True to size. Was exactly what was described to me and my son is very happy with the boots. Would deffently buy them again for the price too.

I was shocked at the quality of these boots. I wore them to Burning Man all week. Leading up to Burning Man I rucked in them with a 45 pound vest for 15 miles. They fit perfectly, stayed comfortable, and provided great support the whole time. Amazing value for my money. I never thought I’d find great boots so cheap, and on Amazon of all places.

Took it out hunting last week, small game hunting for 5 days.Feel so comfortable, lightweight, by far the best hunting boot I have own without breaking my bank.Waterproof is legit, fit perfect as sized chart. Will see how it does in comming winter.

Fit - GoodDurability - GoodPrice - GoodArch Support - TerribleUsing for an occasional wear these are a great option, but for an every day use with lots of on your feet task on various terrain your feet knees and back will hurt alot. Even after changing insoles.

A perfect boot, it feels natural on the foot and although it gets hot quickly the ankle support and painless squatting or kneeling makes the price and heat worth it. I also cant stop thinking about how comfortable it is to kneel down in these boots

Correct size and good quality, it would have been perfect if it had sipper on the side.

One boot was wide (left side) and the other one was normal (right side) and i order 9.5 wide . Une botte était un 9.5wide (gauche) l'autre était 9.5 normal et j'avais commander des 9.5 wide .

Bien pero molesta un poco en el tobillo espero que en un tiempo aflojen más y ya no molesten. En todo lo demás bien buena suela muy buena protección de agua y se ven bastante bonitas y duraderas

they are not wide boots, if u have wide feet not recomented .
