We have a more natural alternative but this has been very useful whenever our little boy had a nappy rash. It is very effective and usually treated quickly.

It’s good stuff

After trying countless creams and ointments for my baby’s persistent nappy rash, Deopalene Cream is the only one that actually worked. We had been through all the popular brands but nothing cleared the rash completely until we found this.Within just a day or two of applying Deopalene, the redness started to fade, and my baby finally seemed more comfortable during changes. By the third day, the rash was almost completely gone. It was such a relief to see real results after so many frustrating weeks.The cream has a smooth, soothing texture and creates a nice barrier on the skin without being overly thick or sticky. It also doesn't have a strong smell, which is a bonus. A little goes a long way, and it doesn’t seem to irritate sensitive skin at all.I genuinely can’t recommend this enough to any parent dealing with stubborn nappy rash.

The only cream that’s come close to yellow metanium

This stuff is so good.I originally purchased this product for my child as a topical nappy cream, as a stomach bug meant they were screaming in pain, every time they used the toilet.However, I now use this cream for lots of other reasons, including as a burn cream for when I'm using my air fryer. It is amazing at numbing and reducing the pain from burns. It stops the skin blistering painfully, and instead of waking up, the next day and being in pain from the burn, instead my skin is just red, with NO PAIN!!!

So I don't know why everyone goes for Sudocrem; this stuff is far superior. It's got an anaesthetic and it's an antiseptic too. I remember when my son was a baby and cried most of a night. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. Didn't turn the light on as I didn't want him waking up. Anyway, after feeding him, changing his nappy, burping him, holding him, I eventually turned the light on and saw he was a bit red raw. So I put this stuff on him and he went straight to sleep. It's amazing stuff. I've used it when I've been chafing, used it when I've had sore skin and it works perfectly every time. I can't recommend it enough.
