This is my 3rd purchase of this UNscented product and it workds very very well. I use two of the tubs/containers in a 20' boat, under the cover to reduct mold and mildew over winter storage. This product makes spring readiness of the boat a breeze and keeps mold and mildew to a minimum, if not zero. Prior to using this in my boat for winter storage, spring cleaning always required clenaing mildew off the vinyl seats and fiberglass. While the cost of this product has gone up significantly in the years I have used it, I still find it a strong value for the cost, and GREAT performance. Two of these tubs can get me through one, and sometimes two winters, depending of the level of humidity and rain experienced. I am a VERY satisfied and long-term user of this great product.

This item works well. I did not read the description quite right. 2 pack, 4 pound, 2 count... means four buckets of the product. It is fine, I just thought it was 2 buckets and I was surprised when I received 4.

I had a problem with humidity in my house. It searched online for a humidifier. They're expensive, noisy and require constant attention (or else!). Then I remembered the Damp Rid I used in my storage bin. That stuff works! I put a large tub in my closet. No more humidity in the house! I have a single-level 1,300 sq ft house. I oddly had humidity inside one of my kitchen cabinets. I'm guessing a have a small leak in the pipes underneath. Damp Rid took out the humidity. Damp Rid is hassle-free. It's relatively cheap, and you can leave it with no worries. It just stops working after all the crystals have broken down. If you have a 2nd home you can safely leave it until you come back maybe months later. You most certainly can't do that with a de-humidifier! Some of these Damp Rid containers can be re-filled with fresh crystals. Some can be emptied and thrown out. I prefer the re-fillable kind .. less trash. You can just flush the liquid once the crystals have broken down and put new ones in. Save your money and go with Damp Rid.

This product is designed to be scent free. My master bathroom tends to get very warm and foggy with even light use. This product helps eliminate some of the humidity build-up in the summer time. It is a large container designed for a larger space, but I'm expecting it to work extra hard. I place it against the wall behind the toilet. It's not invisable, but it's not an irritant either. Super easy to use! I wish there was an easy way to tell when the container needs changed.

My son told me about DampRid. He found out about it while living in Hawaii. Monsoon in Arizona brings excessive moisture and the dampness is everywhere. I bought a few hanging bags for the closets. Added the white tablet containers to main rooms and the boat buckets which I place behind furniture in extra large rooms. It is a wonderful product! I really wish I’d know about years ago when we moved around the southern USA and England. The dampness is under control and there is no longer a musty smell and the miserable humidity inside! Thank you DampRid!!!!!

I use these every year when I put my RV into winter storage. I use four of them that we place in all areas of the RV. In spring when we pick up the RV, these DampRid containers are full of water, and our RV is dry and has no smell. We swear by these and use them religiously. They are the best way to keep our RV dry which makes our it last longer. That makes these the best value for the price. we also buy the smaller lavender scented tubs for use in our house to keep stored items and clothing dry and smelling great. They get and deserve 5 stars.

If you have a damp basement or room, this is very easy to use. You just take the lid off and put downstairs or if it’s a small room, put in bowls around the room. This absorbs the moisture and reduces the humidity in the room, therefore getting rid of the wet smell. Easy to use and good value in a big pail, but you can buy smaller if you want

Great in areas the have a lot of moisture. I put one in my garage and it converts a lot of the moisture into crystals that fall into the bottom of the pail.
