Finally we can RING and VIEW!!!!!!! :)
OMG!!!!! Finally Done!!!! I got the Ring Doorbell PRO and of course if it wasn't such a secret by the RING PPL I wouldn't have to do all the crazy research for hours to find out that I need this power plug as well. I first got another brand (more money) that thing didn't send power to my ring doorbell right away but I did get power after about 5 minutes. Once we knew that power supply worked we ran the wires all 25 feet of it and ripped up the trim around the door made holes in the walls and floors once done plugged the other brands power supply it was dead. You call Ring they tell you it takes about an hour....so left it on power all night and still dead. I did more research and found this one so today it came and I plugged it in and got immediate power and the Ring Pro is working without issue. The product is very well made, came with directions in English and in the directions it references Ring Pro. Please note if you are using this type of power supply you will not have a doorbell ringing inside of your home. To get to use your own doorbell chime you will need to buy a regular 16V transformer (if your home is older, you don't have a 16V you probably have a 12V - not enough) I was unable to find the old transformer to use the wires and was not about to break walls to find where theses wires run so I went the route. If you want a chime inside your home you will need a chime pro for that at an additional cost of about 30.00 and if your internet is weak you can get the ring chime pro with wifi extender. All of this just because Ring is not being very transparent with us customers. It's not fair because now your 250.00 Ring Pro is ending up costing close to 400.00... But enough of the disappointment in Ring Pro. For this products you can't go wrong don't even wonder, as I did, go ahead order it and you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and performance. The one we got that didn't work is this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075PN6NCV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Best Solution Available to a Very Frustrating Problem
The new house we just bought and moved into did not have a doorbell installed. I tried using Ring's instructions for using a plug-in transformer to a "T" with no success. The doorbell would function perfectly for about 20 minutes and would then blow the circuit inside the Ring Pro Power Kit (that fuse is impossible to replace with an exact match.) I was losing hope that I could use my beloved Ring Video Doorbell Pro at my new house.Enter this product. Super easy to install and works perfectly. My Video Doorbell has been going strong with no problems for well over a month now. This product does exactly what it claims. Homono, Thank you for saving my Ring!

I liked that it is very easy to physically connect it ...
I liked that it is very easy to physically connect it to the Ring Pro.I didn’t like the fact that you need a hole about the diameter of a dime, going through the wall from inside your house to where the doorbell will be mounted outside your house & the transformer cord is to short to run it along the top of the door to the most practical outlet. I had to use a wall outlet on the same side of the door as the bell. In my case, the desired wall plug needed 210 inch transformer cord in order to run along the top door molding, but the cord was only about 155 inches, so I had to use the other outlet. That required 150 inches of the cord to be exposed instead of the 84 inches if I could have run the cord above the door.

Works Great for Low Power from Wires.
I have the ring pro, and even though I am in a new house, the door bell wires did not have enough juice to power the ring. This was an easy fix, I just attached the wires and plugged it in. I had an outlet right below the doorbell so that worked out pretty well. Immediately started working after I plugged it in.

Guess what it works!
I bought this for a Ring doorbell not a Ring doorbell 2, well I hooked it up and it didn't work, I was going to send it back but I missed the time frame. So it sat in the box for a couple weeks, this weekend I opened the box and cut the cord behind the resistor and hooked it up again, guess what it now works. Should have done that the first time.

Worked for Original Ring
This works for my original Ring doorbell. Super easy to install in only a couple of minutes. My doorbell was charging in no time. Highly recommend this power supply kit. Just be sure you are ordering the correct one for your model.

Perfect power supply for Ring Doorbell
I used this for a Client's Ring Doorbell that had no power over the wires that were in place of an old intercom system. Ran the wire to the ring, plugged it into a nearby plug, and the ring worked without a hitch! This made the job so easy!

Impressed
I was impressed how easy it was for me to install and hook up. I absolutely love my ring doorbell and I couldn’t have done it without this power supply. Great find, great product, and great price!

Great item.
Much less than you would pay at the big box stores. Works perfectly. Wish the wires were longer though. Over all pretty happy though.
