Even the highest-rated multivitamins on consumerlab.com contain folic acid, which is a synthetic form of folate. This is the only multivitamin I have found that does not contain folic acid. Dr Fuhrman does not compromise on quality. My only disappointment is that the B12 should be in the form of cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin, which Dr Michael Greger explains is better absorbed in the body. With regard to cost, if you subscribe, it's approximately $45 for 2 months. This is under $1 a day for a five-star quality multivitamin.
