The fireplace looks really nice and was installed in my newly refurbished house. The colours are pleasant and it adds a great aesthetic touch to the living room, making the space feel more complete and modern. It fits in well with the overall décor and works nicely as a feature piece rather than just a functional item. Friends and family have already commented on how good it looks. The only downside I’ve noticed is that when the heating function is on, it does make a fair amount of noise, which might be noticeable if you’re watching TV or sitting quietly in the room. That said, it hasn’t been a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it if you’re looking to add a stylish fireplace to your living space.

Absolutely love this electric fireplace. The heat output is excellent and actually warms the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The fireplace itself is large and makes a real statement. The flame effect looks great and adds a very cozy feel, especially in the evenings. It has completely transformed my media wall and made the whole space look much more stylish and modern. It’s easy to use and gives both warmth and atmosphere without the mess of a real fire. Overall, a great addition to the living room and well worth it. Highly recommend!

Ordered this fireplace after reading the reviews and I was not disappointed, arrived earlier than expected and was packaged very well. We’ve just built our media wall (just waiting for the Plaster to be done) but couldn’t wait to see what the fire looked like inside the media wall and it’s perfect! Great size and looks amazing! And all the features are excellent! So glad I chose this fireplace and would highly recommend to anyone

Top fire for my bedroom ! great quality easy to mount

The fireplace itself is ok, the fire effect is nice with many colour options. Problem is the thermostat feature where it is meant to keep the room at a set temperature. Firstly, there is no mention in the description that it is only controlled in farenheit rather than celcius. All references to the temperature are written in celcius but that is not an option, so you have to manually convert. Secondly, that feature doesn't work at all, it's either always on or always off so you have to manually turn it on/off all the time. I'm assuming the temperature probe is faulty in mine, so still trying to sort it out with the seller, but based on other customer questions/reviews it seems like it's a common fault. Apart from it being faulty its a nice fireplace for the price. Edit: Turns out it does work, the only fault is that the temperature sensor is not accurate, when room is 68F(20C) the fireplace turns on when set to 78F, so just seems to be off by 10F on the setting. Apart from that it does turn on/off automatically. Not sure if its a fault on mine only or a common issue.

This is a beautiful fire colour changing and very pleasing to look at. Service was amazing from the company they contacted to see if delivery was ok and arrived intact. Love the lights can choose whatever colour to match your mood .
