Great Purchase
Ive been taking these supplements now for over a Month to aid my immune system, no problems as yet & I can only hope they are doing their thing

Have stopped for now
Have stopped taking this after six weeks because I realised that the stiffness in my achilles tendon might not be too much exercise or age but the K2 being too efficient and putting calcium in my tendons. In which case I already have sufficient K2 from my diet. Will try again when the achilles are completely normal (the stiffness eased 2 days after stopping).
