Time Will Tell… but So Far So Good
I ordered the Kopabana Kigelia Africana for its anti-aging properties. According to BYRDIE.com, Kigelia Africana can be used to clarify, brighten and firm skin and reduce signs of aging like hyperpigmentation fine lines, and wrinkles”.My pouch of Kigelia Africana was very finely ground. I did an initial sensitivity test on my inner wrist by applying a mixture of the Kigelia Africana and Kiwi Seed Oil. The mixture is a little rough and almost feels as though you’re doing a large particle exfoliating treatment. After 20 minutes, I removed the mixture and washed the area thoroughly. I did not notice any issues like itching, stinging, redness, etc.I then applied the same mixture to my cleansed and dried face. Within about 10 minutes, I started to feel as though my face was getting warm and felt tingly. It wasn’t painful, just warm. After a couple of minutes more, it got a bit warmer. I decided, I should remove the mixture. I washed my face and everything looked OK. I checked my face the next morning and there still were no problems.I waited 2 days and decided to try Vitamin E as the carrier oil for the left side of my face and Kiwi for the right side. Again, I got that warm, tingly feeling on both sides of my face. I left the mixtures on for 20 minutes with no I’ll effects.I will say that after using the Kigelia Africana 3 times per week for 2 weeks, a few of my hyperpigmented spots are lighter and my skin texture looks better and tighter.I am definitely going to keep this Kigelia Africana powder in my routine. I’ve also found a Kigelia Africana extract that I will add to my moisturizer.

Hard to tell if it is working and would be better in a finer powder
I was intrigued by this product and wanted to give it a shot. I will say that I have not seen any drastic results and the powder doesn't mix well with the coconut oil that I tried it with, it always seems to stay just a little grainy. Most skin care products have moderate effect or take while to really show results though so I will give it a bit longer to prove its worth.

Smaller grind
Not what I thought to heavy grind had to put it to grind finer

Known to have toning and sunspot removal properties
I got this powder because I found out online that not only does it work for toning areas of the body, but it can also be used for removal of sunspots. The powder needs to be mixed with a carrier oil… any pure oil, like grapeseed oil, rosemary oil, etc, will do… and rub it into the area. I don’t know if it would have breast enhancing properties, as it says on this page, but I haven’t tried it for that. It does work well for sunspots. This powder comes from the African Sausage tree, and it is a highly desired product. You don’t get very mush of the powder in this purchase, and it is expensive, but I think it is much better than other manufactured products that you might get. This is pure Kigelia Africana. I plan to try it next for its toning capabilities on cellulite areas.

Nice Kigelia Africana mixture needs ground a little finer
My wife had been wanting to try this, cause she read somewhere about its firming properties. The product was shipped really fast and was really packaged well. When we open it up to inspect it, it was a little bit rougher than what we thought we was getting, more of a fine powder. So we went ahead and grounded up to a more of a fine powder. She has been mixing it with a coconut oil to apply to her skin at night. She has not had any ill effects from it at all. She stated that she felt that it was helping her firm her arms and her legs.I'd say, overall, this is a very good product. It just needs to be ground a little bit finer. Just remember when using this, that it needs a carrier agent to act on your skin. I did some research about letting it sit for a few weeks to let it more marinate together. Going to try that out and see if that does improve the product.

It Is Grittier Than a Box of Grits
The powder does not dissolve in oil. My solid oil feels like rubbing greasy sand on my body. I cannot tell you what it does or how it works. I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to go through the trouble of heating up the oil and straining the grit out.Next time I will steep it in a liquid oil like avocado.
