Dead on Arrival (DOA) - Zero Power, No Response Right Out of the Box!
Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this Pigeon Digital Air Fryer from Amazon, but upon unboxing and plugging it in for the first time, it is completely dead. There is absolutely no response from the machine—no startup beep sound, and the digital touch display remains entirely blank. I verified my kitchen wall outlet with other appliances (which work perfectly), cleaned the chamber tracks, and ensured the basket was clicked securely into place. The unit simply refuses to draw any power. It is completely silent and defective right from the factory. Since I unboxed it past the 10-day Amazon return window, I am now stuck dealing with manufacturer warranty claims for a brand-new, unused appliance. Buyer beware: quality control on this model seems highly unreliable. Inspect and test your unit the exact day it arrives!

Good Air Fryer
Works well and worth it for such a low price. However the Air Fryer stopped working in 2 days. Amazon replaced it quickly and the new one is working well .

Not a worthy investment
I tried many things on this air fryer in 3 months of its purchase and let me tell you results Cup cake:unbaked from within Aloo tikki:unbaked from within Pizza:burnt from top French fries:toomuch chewy Grill paneer and grill pineapple:wet marination from bottom despite cooking for 20 mins Aloo besan pakoda:uncooked from bottom Samosa: too crispy Kurkuri bhindi:very crisp,few got burnt I just couldn't figure who was at fault,the airfryer or my cooking method... I didn't like the product much but i do use it occasionally for making samosas and pakodas as I have spent money on this...i just make sure to flip theses foods upside down after half cooking is done.. The air fryer is like an OTG with heating only from top...so it grills solid food from top...but don't expect much from this product...I would personally not recommend it to others... Edit: after 6 months of use It's good for dry roast of papads, dry fruits and masalas...my cup cake turned out slightly more dry with harder outer layer when compared to that of OTG,nankhatais were made well.. it is very difficult to puff puris in it..

Worst Product With Worst Service Experience
The product is no use as I bought the product on 29th August and tested the product, but the air fryer only produces air, no heat is produced. Basically, the heating coil is damaged. I request to return, so there is no return policy; it is a replacement policy, which shows replacement will take place in the month of October. Besides that, I tried contacting the company, but from there is also no response. I registered my complaint on their portal, so they assigned us a person whose service center is far away, more than 300 km. Basically, very third-class product with no after-service. I rated this product and company one star because Amazon does not have an option of zero star or negative star, but honestly, the product and the company don't deserve the one star also. It's zero star.
