Enjoying this series of books
I’ve read two now & I’m on my way to #3. They’re witty & full of very believable scenarios. If you have a family, a career, neighbors, friends you’ll be able to relate to Jen’s stories & the catharsis of writing this series of books. She also makes my life seem very tame. Maybe something I should be more grateful for….. or not???

I think we may be twins
Wow! So glad that I stumbled upon this book. Loved it. Can’t believe that darn little Elf could lead someone down such a path.Thought it might be a work place management book like “ How To Work With People You Can’t Stand”. I’ll admit that’s why I bought it. The insights regarding what not to do on an interview were helpful. So glad that the author finally followed her dream and started churning out words of wisdom and support for those of us who view the world a little differently.

I wish she were my neighbor
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. When I began to read it, I thought: Oh no, this is just to be a list of whiny complaints, but Jen Mann`s quirky personality quickly grew on me. After about thirty pages, I couldn't put the book down. She is hilarious and perceptive. She doesn't take herself too seriously, unlike all too many authors. I'm looking forward to more

Fun read!
This book cracked me up. I’ve been in a book funk lately. I only “read” a book for book club and only via Audible...lately.I’m getting a new job and have taken a couple of weeks off to get rested. I bought this book for my husband, who works with some absolute dicks. I picked it up yesterday and have since abandoned my family, finishing it in 3 sittings.Jen Mann’s story is relatable and fun. She does not take herself seriously at all, or when she does, she cops to it and parades to the world in her writing. She’s the type of woman I recognize from myself, my own life and the world. She could rule the world, in her jammies, from her home office while nursing a baby and changing a diaper.

Loved it!
This book of essays brought back so many of my own crazy job experiences. Jen is such an entertaining writer. Not only are her stories hilarious, she's also willing to be vulnerable with the reader about who she is as a person. She's the real deal and I can see why she's got such a fiercely loyal audience!

Kind of funny, tells of real live ups, down hiccups. Trails, adventures and getting p#ssed on to find a career. I always wanted to punch a few in the throat too, thanks for letting me see I wasn't alone.

Relatable and funny
I was reading Jen years ago when she was running her blog, and this book is very true to her voice without just being blog columns repeated. She tells her story well and seems like she would be a good friend - as long as you don’t mind a bit of swearing!

My friend I got this for leaves it out all the time so his coworkers see it. He hates his job and most of the people he works with lol

Jen Mann never disappoints! This is every bit as funny as her first two books - which I highly recommend also. Jen tells it like it is and reading her is like cozying up with an old friend.
