The keypad was defective and the space bar / bio metric sensor did not work. few letters on the key board also did not work Very poor and utterly defective piece. Have requested for a refund and shipped the product from India on 17th May ..hoping to get a refund

Thanks to this phone I remained a Blackberry die-hard. I've have had many models since the beginning of BB era, but this one made me to stay with it, instead of switching to Androids or IPhone. Fully functioning Android but still with the physical Qwert keyboard. I can type and send messages faster than my teenage sons on their IPhones and the phone has all the programs I need. Great battery life, I've had it for over two years now and still running strong. I bought two unlocked versions, one CDMA for my regular Verizon service and one unlocked GSM for foreign travel, where I buy local SIM cards. I wish BB would stay in business longer to continue support these great, secure phones.

Verizon SIM card is Not working. No service. I tried it for 3 hours. But it doesn't workIng.

Love BlackBerry. However, I should've bought the 64 gig version.

I remember growing up in the early 2000s every professional I knew had a Blackberry. The keyboard was the envy of all phone makers. It even had a shoutout in The Office. This phone doesn't disappoint. The fingerprint reader is much better than even the new Samsungs and the keyboard is super cool to this day. If people can stop obsessing over expensive plastic Samsungs and Iphones and 5G try this phone out yourself. It won't disappoint.

I've been a blackberry supporter for years but I do have to say they dropped the ball on this one. A few months in a key fell off, almost a year in now and the back constantly tries to come off (I'm not rough with phones btw) and the logo is slowly coming off. Just get the priv lol .

It's an average phone. It's got a great keyboard. I love BlackBerry but I like some of the other models better.

The screen fell out. This is not a good phone do not buy. Save your money

I've always liked the Blackberry Brand !Consistently a solid well made phone and I've owned a few of them over the years!The keyone does not disappoint at least not for me!biggest and best bang for the buck!

The mobile is being to much heated causing our hands to have burnt feel , and it is also hanging too much and also low ram mobile which is not suitable for me to use it and keypad work is also not good

Didn't work for even a couple hours. Immediately returned the product. Kept constantly restarting every 30seconds.
