It's 20 watts per channel and 55 watts peak

does the rear camera activate automatically when in reverse or do you need to manually select it on screen?

I connected correctly, the camera will be activated when put in reverse.

Is there a way to get the analog clock off the display?

No it’s hard coded into the firmware, you could however just choose to use android auto or CarPlay and never have to see it unless you need to switch to a native app or change the settings on the unit itself
