Glad I Gave Them A Second Try!
I need to amend my original review of these babies. For whatever reason I popped them on with sandals (a first) and they were quite comfortable. Then I used them with my fitness shoes and these have those cotton/felt/wool things beat by a mile. I LOVE these! I am not 100% pain free, but more comfortable than without for sure. Gel is the way to go in my opinion.

These are just right for my shoes and work well, even after repositioning. The only drawback is that I can’t wear them barefoot with sandals as they tend to stick and aren’t comfortable when that happens. Overall worth it.

Comfortable and relieves pressure. Adheres to foot. Wash and rinse and they are sticky again. The four sets come in handy, assuring you always have a fresh pair in the rotation. Highly recommend.

Slips easily
I like the padding and the fact that I don't have anything around my toes. It slips around during the day while walking etc.

Best word for these - Comfy.
I bought these to put in my Sandler for my wedding. I needed comfort big time for being on my feet all day. Nice to report, I was comfortable.

Good item at a reasonable price.
Excellent product. These have really helped with my Metatarsalgia. I stick them on the bottom of my foot and wear them all day to help with my underfoot pain. At night I give them a wash and by the morning they are dry and ready to go again. This pack of 4 pairs should last me several weeks. Can highly recommend compared to other types of aids. Wouldn't be without them as I can once again walk bare footed on hard floors.

Buena amortiguación
Tamaño adecuado, pegan muy bien y no se mueven al caminar. El grosor es estupendo porque amortigua pero no quita demasiado espacio en el zapato.
