Great pulse ox!
Affordable, easy to read display. It worked straight out of the box. Comes with lanyard and drawstring pouch. The only feature ive noticed it doesn't have- it doesn't auto rotate the display. That's not a flaw. Buy it.

Great and nice looking little device replacing my older one and for a much less cost. Highly recommended especially for home use. It’s got a little tether on it also can be easily “snapped” on and off. Quick pulse and oxygen level that appears accurate.

Fast accurate readings/no setup needed
A Trusted name. Used by my home health care nurse who recommended this brand. It is Accurate. Reliable. And simple to understand. There is no learning curve needed. Simply slide your finger into the device. Within seconds it displays your oxygen level and pulse rate etc. I was amazed at how quickly it calculates the readings and does not need an off button or on button or reset button after each reading. It automatically resets once your finger is removed. The active led panel gives a level of confidence that is assuring. I noticed there are more expensive models and different brands. But this unit is all i need. The oxygen sensor and pulse rate matched the nurses unit as well. I cannot think of any unit being easier to use.
