I think it depends on the size of your ankle/leg. I could do my thighs and upper arms although the arms are more difficult because you’re holding on to the massager with only one hand. Word of caution—-just as the instructions say, don’t get overzealous, especially on the upper arms as they are more tender. You can easily get very sore.
