They do have a powder residue, which I don’t mind at all as it makes them easier to work with. Not an issue to just spritz them down, but honestly, using them in a darker space with a light on them, I didn’t even need to. The other colors in the photo were from a separate balloon garland and I did not like working with them as much as I did these and could tell a big difference.
