Edit!! 2/21/25 Bought this in April of 2024. The only issue I seem to be having is I can’t update to Windows 11. What do I need to do that? Another big issue for me since I do work from home I can’t get 2 screens to come up. The adapter didn’t work. So how can I get it work? So I was looking for a new desktop since mine finally died. I work from home so I needed something under $200 for our budget. A few things to know before you buy this. This does NOT come with HDMI so you will need to buy a Display Port adapter. Picked 1 up at Walmart. ( $30.00 ) The Wi-Fi adapter that it comes with, replace it! Mine didn’t work. I bought a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapter off of Amazon. ($13.00 ) once I got it connected I had to reset it because mine came up a school district I’ve never heard of. Not a big deal at all. Reset worked and I was able to get into everything! Super fast! I haven’t been able to get my dvd player on it to open. Green light flashes but nothing pops open. Wasn’t need for the Wi-Fi Bluetooth adapter anyways. A little hassle but in the end totally worth the price! The lights on the keyboard and mouse are really cool! Going to have to fight my grandkids from wanting to play on it tho lol. Tons of space on there for what I need. If I ever need more I will look into getting that taken care of. Haven’t gotten any games in it yet either. I mainly play the Sims so hopefully that will work with this. If not that’s ok as it’s mainly used for work anyways!

Appearance: Small case, good for tight areas. Part of the case covering was peeling when it came out of the box. If you don't like the case cover you can peel it off. Mouse and keyboard have a fairly cheap feel but light weight, no side buttons on mouse. Kids liked the lights. Performance: This is a good set up for office, school, and cloud gaming at 60 FPS. Requires Display Port connection. Will not support epic games launcher but does run X-box for pc game launcher and PS plus launcher. Most games work with low settings. Fortnite works best through Amazon Luna but is capped at 60 FPS. Blue tooth works good and wifi connection is awesome. Speaker is good and audio Jacks work perfectly. I've had zero issues with equipment, overheating, or software. Downside: You will need to get a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter or buy a DisplayPort cable if monitor supports DisplayPort connection. Neither is included. Exceeded requirements for Epic games launcher, however, it can not run it. Required to play games through cloud streaming, which limits FPS. Happy with this purchase. Got what I wanted for the price. I will purchase an upgraded PC through the same company, in the near future.

I needed to replace an outdated pc, and found this one, which has great features and is an excellent value. The only problem I had with it comes from the fact it is a refurbished computer. Now, there is nothing wrong in that in itself; the problem is the company which previously owned it (before the Microsoft- authorized refurbishing company in Canada got it,) failed to remove a Chrome extension called "Advanced Analytics," which was installed by the previous owner in such a way the new user could not remove it. It took me phone calls and emails and chats to Google, (who could not figure it out,) to a phone call with the Canadian company who refurbished it (who wanted me to send it back to Amazon,) to a phone call with Amazon, who wanted me to send it back for a refund, until finally I was able to find the parent company of Advanced Analytics, who after an email and 2 phone calls, solved the problem for me, by contacting their client (the computer's previous owner,) and asked them to remove the block on the extension for that computer. Which they did writing within a couple of days! The computer is lightening fast and fun to use. I'm very happy with it now. I would suggest, if you buy one and find this file extension installs when you put Chrome on there, find "Global Analytics" online and give them a call. They're very friendly and helpful.

I'm so disappointed in this product because it was really decent. I was able to play sims and my kiddos played fortnite. We both did schooling on it and I worked as well. We are 5 days past the 1 year warranty and the video went out. Have to replace the graphics card. It's older so it's hard to find and my whole family needs a computer. I know this is a good price but for 100 bucks more I could have gotten a computer that lasted me more than a year.

This Dell PC works perfectly right out of the box. It’s fast, quiet, and handles multitasking and gaming smoothly. The RGB lighting gives it a sleek, modern look that really stands out. Setup was quick and easy, and it came well-packaged. Great performance for the price — perfect for work, school, or gaming. Highly recommend!

Over all it’s a good starting pc. I run FIVEM on my pc almost everyday even when I’m not home and I’m told by a lot of people on servers I join it’s good enough because the people that spend time making a pc make sure they don’t encounter that and for it being as cheap as I got it for they told me it’s a steal so ima take that

This isn’t the fastest computer but were you expecting it to be? Got this for my son so he can play games like roblocks and it does great. The WiFi dongle works but leaves much to be desired but again it’s extremely affordable. USB ports all over my son though the colors from the LEDs were cool. It does what it’s supposed to do. My son is happy so I’m happy. You really can’t beat the price.

It has things that sound great but apparently due to everything being internal it sucks ass for trying to do gaming, works decent as a desktop
