I’m 5’4, 130 lbs (usually US size 8) and it gapes on the side quite a lot, this might be form fitting for someone who is size 14. I’m fairly broad shouldered and it almost slips off. I might try and make modifications to get it to fit more securely.

I wear a size 11 misses and it fits perfectly, maybe a little tight for a size 13 misses. Hope that is helpful

Quality seems fine for the price- but I don't think this is linen/cotton...the tag (in Chinese) says something about a 45/55 blend, but also below has a 20% blend listed as well...I'm not convinced this is cotton/linen...
