Is this "60" pacs total? Am I reading it wrong?

Yes exactly. Each case contains a box of ten envelopes, same as the box of ten sold in grocery stores. A total of 60 individual envelopes. The price per box at my local grocer is 5.99. By making an amazon order that has free shipping, the case price averaged to 3.99 a box. This is a great deal.

What are the health benefits ??

I have had 3 different physicians tell me that this wonderful breakfast is better for us all than 95% of the canned drinks for nutrition and supposed good health... The canned drinks have preservatives and they have to process nutrients differently that also takes "good stuff" away... I have been drinking this wonderful breakfast drink for YEARS (with skim milk) and I am a lot healthier than half the people around me... I TRULY attribute this in large part to my Carnation Instant Breakfast... Enjoy and God bless...

Do they come already sweetened or do you have to add sugar?

It's already sweetened. I add mine to my coffee and I don't have to do add sugar or cream

can u tell me if the strawberry flavor tastes very different from strawberry nesquik? I want these for my underweight toddler and she likes nesquik.

If it's for a underweight toddler, it would be fine for extra calories. Ask Pcp if you're worried about it, and yes, the powder tastes just like the strawberry nesquick... you can use almond milk, or whole milk for more calories for your baby. But it'll be fine!
