When I can afford I will try the gel to see if that is better for me. Use with prescription fluoride tooth paste as no decay for 20 years then got this dry mouth and eyes they think it’s autoimmune And need 3 fillings in 18 months. Working use xylitol gum for dry mouth too and mouth wash. Fingers crossed it works going forward.
