This product does not contain a month's worth. Have measured out an even scoop daily. Very dissapointed. The quality of the product is satisfactory.

I have been dedicated and consistent at the gym since January of 2025. After researching supplements it was apparent that creatine is the best and if not only fitness supplement that is most beneficial to enhancing one’s performance. I take 5mg; which is 1 little scoop in my protein shake after every workout. I am on my 3rd container. Very affordable and at 40 years old I have whipped myself into great shape over the last five months - this product is apart of my results.

I usually don't write product reviews, but I have been using this product since January 11th, 2024, and I will preach to the rooftops how good creatine is. I have been weightlifting since August and have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle definition and strength since starting to take 5mg of Creatine daily. Even when I go out of town I carry some so I don't miss a day. It even good for brain and muscle heath if you do not lift weights This product is simple and effective. I add the powder to my first jug of water in the morning, and after a good mix, it dissolves well and easily. Also, I love the unflavored versions as first thing in the morning I don't want a mange or berry blast flavor that other brands sell. It is important to note that this is not a miracle supplement. You are still going to have to push yourself in the gym, but it helps you get the most of every lift.

I’ve been buying this product for some time and yes it does work. Yes is flavorless and easy to swallow all this is my personal opinion. For the price is honestly a good product. The reason why I put a BUT is because yes I am one of those guys who likes confirmation. I’ve noticed that’s is not really 30 servings. Have in mind is not like I am fully pushing down and super measuring the density inside the scoop and this and that but I do scoop it like most of us would on our regular day and it’s always around 25 to 26 scoops not super far from 30 but there you go.

I’ve been using this brand for 8 months. As a woman there’s often a lot of talk regarding bloat with creatine. I have no bloat with this product. Love it! Mixes well with my pre, dissolves well and no flavour.

I have found there’s not a significant difference among creatine products. I would rate this product slightly above average. It mixes well and has a neutral taste 👅. The results are solid, though there is some bloating. I think 🤔 one ☝️ drawback is the price, I think 💭 it’s a bit overpriced for the quality. Recommended with some reservations.
