Very nice cushioning. It really worked for easing the pain in my hips. It seems to be well-made. No loose stitching or anything. I sit on this in a hot Texas open garage. It doesn't seem to hold my heat. You don't need to inflate it and it was not necessary to wait any time for it to fully "inflate". Not sure what is meant by versatility. It would be easy to carry along and place anywhere you want to sit. How about those stadium seats? Since you can take the cover off, you can clean it.

I got this to use at my computer desk as I was at my providers office and she had one when I sat on chair and it was super comfortable, I had one of the donut hole styled ones before but it would start to cause pain after some time and deflate quickly, This pillow however? It has been amazing! This one stays inflated and helps a lot with bottom, hip and back pain. When it arrived it was vacuum sealed in a bag inside the box and I followed the instructions to fully open it and let it sit unused in a well ventilated area for 48 hours, Absolutely worth it and good price too.

TushGuard is a great product if you have lower back discomfort, hard office chairs, or had recent surgeries. This product has literally saved my bottom for hours of extend office work. For anyone looking to buy the product make sure to adjust your chair so your feet are directly on the floor otherwise your legs might get uncomfortable on the bottom near seat/guard edge. I gave it 4 of 5 stars due to this.

You know how a favorite recliner starts to wear out, and you try to pad the seat to get it to last longer? Well, I tried that but it was still uncomfortable. Tried other products, but not much help. Finally tried this and it works perfectly. Made the chair comfortable for the first time in a long time! Best one. Forget all others. This is the one you want.

Just buy it! You won't regret it. If you've ever sat on a chair for more than a couple of hours and have to hobble away after, yes, this is what you're looking for. September 2022 I purchased this and it's now July 2026 and it still saves my back daily. I have used this pillow nearly every single day, at minimum 5 days a week for 8+ hours. Doing extremely rough match I've spent about 7,000+ hours sitting on this pillow and it works the same as the day I purchased it. The thickness of the pad is perfect, you don't feel like you're sinking and you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard floor. It's perfectly supportive in the way that you forget about it because it works so well, but if you remove it you see an immediate change. I use it in a standard desk chair and it fits fine. I am a larger woman with wide hips and I don't spill over the sides. I do like the cooling quality to it in the summer and I simply drape a blanket over my chair in the winter to make it cozy and warm. I would buy this again (though it's such high quality I have no doubt it will last for years to come) and I reccomend it to my friends and family all the time. As a bonus above everything else, there's a nice handle where you can carry it to your office and I use it in my craft room while sewing. And if somehow you're still not convinced, this pillow is easily a half to a quarter the price of similar ones and it is a workhorse.

The cushion overall is well made . I’ve had it for about 6 months now with heavy use on my office chair and it still looks and feels brand new . Though it does offer more support than what your chair offers now , I just don’t think it’s extremely comfortable after long hours of sitting . I work from home so I wanted something soft to go along my mesh chair. But this is a very firm memory foam product and I only weigh about 135 lbs . After a while it does start to hurt my hips and tail bone . Overall not for me , but if u want firm , thickness and long term quality then this is for you !

I bought a second one, that's what I thought about it! The groove at the back removes the pressure on my tailbone. Very comfortable, love it!

TushGuard Seat Cushion - Cushion for Office Chair, Car Seat, etc.: Purchased two of these because the recliners on our sectional sofa seem to have been designed for people with longer torsos than my husband and me. We also were looking for something that relieved pressure on the tailbone. My husband was very happy with his and reported that it relived the discomfort and pain he had been experiencing. My cushion had a chemical odor (the cat was avoiding sitting on my lap). I left my cushion out in the garage for several weeks (honestly just forgot about it). When I retrieved it the odor was gone. Honestly, it took a bit of getting used to for me. The cushion is quite thick and when I sit on it, it takes a bit before it compresses and molds to my derriere. I am short and my feet do not touch the floor when sitting in my recliner on this cushion ... but I rarely sit that way anyway, choosing to elevate my feet, so it isn't a problem. The longer I have used the cushion, the better I am adjusting to it (and vice versa). It appears to be well made. There is a zipper to remove the cover for cleaning.

My tail bone gets quite painful if seated for long periods, having read the reviews I thought this would save the day, but I find the filling is a little too soft and compresses down too much defeating the object. The stitching has come apart on one seam which I'm happy to fix, but where's the quality control?
