Amazing customer service and product
Amazon initially sent me a returned treadmill which was not in working condition. I reached out to GoYouth and they got back to me with a solution straight away. They have gone above and beyond to make the correction process easy for me and have replaced the mistaken treadmill for a new one. I love the product itself, it is quiet to run and I can comfortably walk and work on my laptop at the same time. It is also very simple to use and not bulky at all. It sits under my desk nicely. Overall very happy with my experience as a customer.

No remoe, no treadmill!
Really enjoyed using the treatmill but the remote has stopped working and now the entire thing is useless! Can I buy a replacement please?

Didn’t even get to 20 miles and the motor was making an awful sound and the belt was vibrating through to my legs.
