Are very good product. The size is perfect. You can put it in your backpack. Energy has a longevity once taken there is no mixability cuz it's already done. It's a gel form so you just rip it and sip it.. very good. Pre-workout doesn't give me jitters it has natural nutrients for my body to use for maximum workout ability. Have been using Frog Fuel for years - this version with caffeine is perfect before early morning workouts! Tastes great and is easy to use before hitting the gym at 5:00 a.m.

Great product
I absolutely love these over your typical pre-workout, because your typical pre-workout you have to use at least 8-12 ounces of water and all that liquid in my stomach swashing around is not a very comfortable feeling. I also tend to have to use the bathroom multiple times when drinking a pre-workout, with this little shot it really does help me out a lot! The value is pretty good, and it is very effective, so I would definitely recommend. However, the taste is very bitter and I would say it is not very good at all, however, I suck it up and drink it anyways just because it’s a great product. The taste is the only reason I took off one star.

Good but don’t feel difference been this and regular one
Truthfully don’t feel much difference between the caffeinated and uncaffeinated versions. Both are good but I’ll stick to just having coffee with this before I head out
