I cannot say enough good things about this product. I am 55 years old and swim 2-3 miles every morning for my workouts and I have tried 30+ preworkout brands with very little luck. Most are just a rush of caffeine for 20 minutes and then fall off to nothing. Frog Fuel was designed by serious operators with the mission in mind. It's super portable with no chalky shaker bottle residue to choke down. It doesn't take an hour to hit the system. In 15 minutes, the ingredients give just enough lift to find the extra gear and push hard, but the effects last my entire hour-long workout and taper off slowly to allow my body to start to recover. If you're looking for a solid pre workout that will help carry you all the way to the finish line, look no further! The protein shots for after my workout hit just right to add the protein and keep the hunger from creeping in. It works great, energy after 15 mins. Helps with muscle fatigue and recovery.Only things I don't like are the taste is a little tangy, the niacin tingles, and in the beginning it caused some silent but deadly flatulence.Would buy again and I plan to try the recovery frog fuel

Truthfully don’t feel much difference between the caffeinated and uncaffeinated versions. Both are good but I’ll stick to just having coffee with this before I head out
