If you plugged in a wireless connector (for a wireless mouse) you’d be able to use any wireless mouse with this keyboard.

What’s the best way to clean i between the keys?? With out removing all the keys

The gaps are so big. You can wipe the entire surface with a dust cloth, use a Q tip (for hard to remove debris) or get an air compressor (blow off duster from Amazon).
