Sleeping better
I've navigated sleep disturbances for over a dozen years. Initially, the broken sleep was due to inflammation caused by a severe allergic reaction to fluoroquinolone antibiotics (cipro, levaquin), which led to a hyper-reactivity to all kinds of foods and all additives/preservatives etc. It's hard to test, but it's likely that I developed MCAS. I cleared a ton of inflammation through diet (very clean keto), but not before perimenopause settled in. It was obvious that hormones were a major factor as my sleep was consistently worse Cycle Day 11, 12, 13 (ovulation) and Cycle Days 21-28. My cycle also shortened from 28 to approx. 26 days for about a year. I noticed spotting a week after my flow and around ovulation. I started getting flashes at night that woke me up. Then, for two cycles in a row, I had night sweats on CD 25-28. After consulting a few health care practitioners and ordering a few labs, I learned that my FSH levels were not peri or even menopausal but postmenopausal! Because I do not tolerate Chinese herbal formulas, black cohosh, soy isoflavones, and because tofu seemed to help a bit (even though its high histamine and a histamine liberator), I decided to try this estrogen cream. I wanted something that was as natural as possible, with minimal ingredients, no scent, and that bypassed the digestive system. I chose the purple over the pink bottle, bc the purple has no parabens etc. The good news: After a few days of applying the cream to my wrists and abdomen once per day in the morning (as recommended), the hot flashes went away and my sleep has improved. I went from being awake 1-3 hours per night to 15-45 minutes. I'll take it! I'll update this review after I've walked through a few cycles with this cream. Because my symptoms seem to alternate intensity every other month, it's likely that one ovary has few to no follicle reserves, while my other ovary still has some mojo. I mention that because my current cycle may be easier in part because my body has more estrogen already circulating due to the more robust ovary. As per some more research, at Cycle Day 14, I added a few drops of a progesterone cream in the evening. The first night was great and i slept 9.5 hrs (!), but then, after the 3rd night, I had difficulty falling asleep, I woke for about an hour, I noticed cramping and some blood in with the ovulation fluid, plus my breasts were sore and distended. So! It appears that i'm very sensitive to even trace amounts of progesterone, since that low dose confused the body into starting to shed the uterine lining. I will hold off using until maybe CD 26, if I use it at all. I mention that only because I haven't read anything like that in people's reviews of this estrogen or the progesterone cream. I wanted to give as much information as possible because perimenopause and menopause are not talked enough about and often we find ourselves in it without a ton of information or guidance aside from the most popular, dominant theories and limited allopathic suggestions. In the medical world, I've been a consistent outlier, maybe you are too. I hope this helps someone & Wishing you well on this journey!

Noticeable difference in just 2 nights
I'm using this as a beauty item supplementing HRT by targeting my facial skin. And wow is it effective at that! I've also slept more soundly the 3 nights I've used it, including the 'skin test' night where I only applied a tiny amount along one side of my neck to make sure I wasn't allergic before putting on my entire face. I'm not trying to get the systemically effective does, since I already have HRT patches. It is solely to improve the look of my facial skin, and it is working for that quite quickly. It's the only thing I've changed this week and yet my skin is clearly more supple looking and my pores are smaller. It is a rather heavy carrier lotion, close to a cream though in an airless pump. I don't use a full squeeze of the pump and it does take a bit of effort to fully work into the skin, so can't rate it a 5 for absorbency. But it does the job and so far the occlusiveness of the carrier hasn't been detrimental. Hopefully that will stay that way even as time goes on.

Sad that the ingredients have totally changed
The old reviews really mean nothing on this cream because the product's ingredients have totally changed. I purchased this cream on 9/11/24, and comparing the product listed now 9/26/24, found there has been a complete formula change. The ingredients on my old bottle are: Deionized water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Shea Butter, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Potassium Sorbate, Micronized USP Estriol. (You can compare that to the current product's ingredients to note the changes.) I won't be able to use the new formula because of the added Black Cohosh (it causes me to have nightmares). This makes me very sad because since using a pea-sized amount of the older version of this cream topically every night for two weeks, and then three times a week afterward, I've seen an improvement in dryness issues and a stubborn UTI. I'm several years past menopause and was experiencing the vaginal atrophy that is very common at this life phase. The older version of this cream is helping with several of those issues. I would give 5 Stars to the older formula but 0 Stars for the new formulation. I don't need/want all the extra ingredients they've added to this new formula, and I will have to find something else to take its place now.

YES (and no)!!!!
I’ve had this product for about ten days. I’m in my mid-40’s and have used one pump on the face each morning, under the eyes too. WOW, it’s like voodoo. Today someone close to me asked what I’m doing to my skin because it’s glowing. A few days ago another friend also said I was glowing and asked if I could recommend my tinted moisturizer, it’s not my makeup… (two people using the same language in a week is just crazy as I haven’t been complimented on my skin for some time). Then some else today said my face looked slimmer. Two compliments in one day and 3 in a week! I have dry skin and the cream feels like a nice and thick like night cream but also light on the face. The person that said it’s heavily perfumed, mine has no scent at all. The person that said it contains paraben’s, the new formula that I have says ‘paraben free’ on the front. I have no problem putting makeup on the top, it doesn’t pill or anything like that. As for my skin, the texture is extra smooth and soft, it looks brighter and already looks more plump. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin or eyes. My thin skin my eyes look hydrated and thicker. I would like to see more details about the specifics. If you go on their website it tells you to apply to the face 3 times a week, it’s also gives the exact dose of the estriol. I read that if you still have periods using just estrogen can thicken the womb lining. So should we be using the progesterone cream with this product also? I’m thinking yes but uncomfortable having to figure this out for myself. I will show my GYN but big pharma doesn’t like us going the natural route so it will be interesting to hear what she says. Last of all, call me crazy as it’s been a little over a week, but I feel better and I’m sleeping like a rock. I’m less irritable. On the negative side, it contains an long ingredient (beginning with H, a preservative perhaps?) that my app says is harmful, on level 7. More research needed, for now I have to stop using. Can we make this voodoo cream without that ingredient please? If it didn’t have this preservative and I continued to use it, do I need to use the progesterone cream also as a woman with cycles? Is this the equivalent of taking bio-identical HRT? I need more info!!! For now I’m going to have to sadly stop glowing while I figure all of this out.

Life Changer
I ordered Estro Life along with the progesto life product. I have been using both of these products for about 2 months. I use the estro life everyday about 1/8 tsp alternating inside thighs in the mornings. At night I use progesto life alternating inside arms and upper chest 1x day at night 1/8 tsp which I do take a 7 day break from the progesto. I am 53 going through menopause and was having major issues. To start with my mood was up and down not quite right… I went to my obgyn and she wanted to put me on antidepressants. I said no that I just needed a little estrogen and she said she could not because I still was having periods. I was also having severe upper under shoulder pain on both sides of my back a burning feeling. I started seeing a deep tissue therapy doctor and also did therapy exercises had an MRI too which came back normal.. still in pain.. sleep was bad and sex drive was low and having some anxiety. So of course I prayed because I really needed some help and guidance. So I found these 2 products and now my mood is so much better, sex drive has improved and no more back pain and I am sleeping better and anxiety pretty much gone. I’m not sure how this will work 2 more months from now… but for now it has changed my life!!

Product is great, but they need to change the packaging.
I LOVE the way this feels on my skin and I truly believe it helps with fine lines and wrinkles in addition to easing the symptoms of menopause or perimenopause. Unfortunately, the packaging seems to be faulty. I now have two full bottles (I hava a monthly subscription) that no matter how much I pump them, nothing will come out. I am trying to return them or get a refund, but at nearly $30 a pop, theses need to be in quality jars or something that is fail safe. The packaging just seems cheap. I'm also not in love with scent, but it's okay.

No Wasted Cream In Bottle
I was curious how much product would be wasted after no more pumps would produce cream.. so I pulled the plastic container apart to discover there is nearly nothing at all remaining, only a tiny smear of the cream inside the threads of one component. This was very surprising to me and I am satisfied that I got my money's worth of this product. Ps. I could feel a difference using this product. It did help provide relief from some menopause symptoms. I took the liberty to apply it on other areas of the body in addition to those recommended on the label.
