Making my 2nd batch. We use the same was melter in our candle making classes. I like how straight forward and easy to use this machine is. The wax goes directly to the middle and you can get all of them without tilting the whole cylinder unlike other brands. The temperature is spot on and very accurate to the degree. Spout is easy to clear and clean with vinegar. Very impressed with TOAUTO even in class with very heavy use. I love that it comes with starter kit necessities. Heats and melts quick and retains heat efficiently. Perfect size for hobbies and selling small time. Built to withstand heavy usage in school and enough for home projects

Fulfills it's purpose. Takes about 45 minutes to melt a full pan and I never actually saw the green light come on to indicate all the wax was melted, so I had to keep a close eye. However, it does the trick! Nice clean pour and melted wax!

This is awesome! I have wanted something like this for awhile and this one looked perfect. My 11 yr old loves to make things and he wanted to make some candles . When this arrived, he couldn't wait to get started. We had been given a few candle making kits and had just never done anything with them. He started melting the wax, then added the colors and scents and poured them into the candle containers. He is able to use this 100% on his own. The only part i help with is the cleanup because it is hot. The large stir stick makes it so easy and the size is perfect.

Unfortunately I ordered this which is suppose to be a 10lb wax melter…it only melts up to 1.65kg of wax which converts to 3.68 lbs. I can’t return it bc my return window has closed.

Great little wax heater but rating sticker shows AC 120V 60Hz 1100 WATTS so a suitable step down transformer is needed for use in Australia/New Zealand

The wax melter was bought to expand on my ever increasing collection of crafting tools. It comes in a flat matte colour and has a dial for temp control. The spigot is sturdy and it came with some candle making supplies to get you started so that was a nice bonus that I must have overlooked at the time of ordering. There’s and on/off toggle switch and it came with some easy to follow instructions and a 3 mo. return warranty. The delivery was quick and the unit had no issues heating up quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

I use this wax melter regularly for my small handmade candle business, and overall I’m very pleased with it. It melts wax efficiently and has a good capacity, which makes batch work much easier and more consistent. After a small issue with temperature stability, the seller was extremely responsive and professional and promptly resolved the problem by sending a replacement. Excellent customer service and communication. The melter heats up well, is easy to use, and saves a lot of time compared to smaller melting methods. I’m happy to continue using it and would recommend it to other candle makers, especially small businesses.

The wax melter is amazing but can anyone tell me what types of wicks it comes with ? I’m very grateful for them I just wish I knew what type these are . I did use the wax melter and it makes my life easier. I love that you can regulate the temperature because I did burn my wax with other wax melters. I love the design as well it is so pretty. I did a lot of research and found this company to be one of the best . I think if you are serious about making candles you should invest in this wax melter.

Dieser Wachs-Schmelzofen wurde mit einem Stromkabel geliefert, welches nicht an deutschen Steckdosen funktioniert. Die Rückgabe lief problemlos, aber ich frage mich trotzdem wie man solche Geräte auf dem europäischen bzw deutschen Amazon-Marktplatz anbieten kann, obwohl man eigentlich genau wissen müsste, dass sie in Deutschland nicht verwendbar sind. Zumindest hätte man dem Gerät einen Adapter oder ähnliches beilegen sollen, wenn man schon weiß, dass man innerhalb von Deutschland verkauft. Um aber nun doch etwas über das Gerät sagen zu können: Ich habe es auf einer anderen Plattform von einem anderen Anbieter gekauft - mit einem deutschen Stromkabel. Das selbe Gerät! Der Ofen ist für meine Frau und er funktioniert hervorragend. Er schmilzt das Wachs schneller als in einem Topf auf der mobilen Herdplatte und meine Frau ist damit sehr zufrieden. Sie kommt damit auch von der Bedienung her gut klar. Die Anleitung ist allerdings auch hier in Englisch.
