First off, I love these pads. The colour is wonderful, and they are less bulky than my old derby pads as they are designed for recreational use. I will say that they seem to fit slightly smaller than my other set of pads, so you might want to consider going up a size. That said, they offer a good amount of protection for general skating and for light skate park skating. I'm not so sure that I would take them into a bowl, but they are good as Triple Eight makes good products.

I LOVE THIS SET! they are my first pair of protective gear and they are ridiculously comfortable, I find the elastics are stretchy enough for movement but not too stretchy where you fear they may stretch out over time. I bought this set for the wrist guards as they come in smaller sizes than the knee and elbow pads which is super important for me since I have relatively smaller hands and wrists compared to the rest of my body. The wrist guards and incredibly sturdy and you feel well protected during falls unlike some of the other styles ive tried from friends.The knee pads are so cushy!! Falling onto your knees in them feel like falling onto pillows, and as you can see i have gotten some good use out of it! of course because the colour is white the scratches are more likely to appear on them so be conscious of that before settling on a colour scheme!For size reference I am 5'5 and 140lbs. My wrists are small enough to wrap your fingers around them and have them touch, I purchased a size small and everything fits like a glove

I totally loved it!!! its pretty, gives good protection, great quality and fits really well. I am not skinny, have strong thighs and there is still room in all straps... really recommend it.

LOVE the colours, good protection and doesn't restrict your movement. Great for street strolls or less intense activity. Highly recommend.
