I grabbed the Jacked Factory Pumpsurge Caffeine Free Pre Workout to take with me on days I didn’t want caffeine but still wanted performance and focus, and it’s been awesome. First off: no jitters, no crash, no caffeine buzz; just clean energy and a real boost in gym performance. The pump is noticeable without feeling artificial, and I definitely hit my sets with more intensity on training days. The focus and mind-muscle connection is surprisingly sharp for a stim-free formula, big help when I’m dialed into heavy lifts or longer sessions. Id say the taste is ok, its hard to really tell an effect, the pump increase is slightly noticeable. Good for beginners

I’ve never taken preworkout but I understand why people like to go to the gym now. I felt like I had ADD or was on drugs and I only took like a 1/16th dose. I did a lot better at the gym and I had no muscle pain afterwards and the day after. But if you’re like me and never taken anything like this before, even though there’s no caffeine, beware of taking a lot at night. I had to stay up another 2 hours after the gym before going to bed and I STILL woke up feeling it. It also made my lips super dry and red. But I recommend for people sensitive to stuff and are into holistic health. Decent ingredients.
