I have never found a pair of earbuds that I liked that beat my Apple earbuds, but these come really close.My package came right on time (I have Prime) and was packaged nicely. The box was sealed by two heavy duty sealing stickers. Upon opening the box I loved the packaging, the earbuds were brand new and came with two sets of replacement soft silicone things for your ears if something happened to the ones already attached to the earbuds. I also received a small zip carrying case that contained yet another pair of replacement of soft silicone pieces for your earbuds, so five pairs replacement pieces total!The sound quality is phenomenal. The extra couple bucks to buy these in comparison to other earbuds is definitely worth it! I typically have to turn my Apple earbuds to about 90% of its volume capacity for me to listen to my music at a volume I like. With these, 50% is PLENTY loud. Maybe even a little too loud.
