Incomplete order received
I received only a partial order. Only the female puppets were delivered, which you can verify in the attached video. The box was quite small and could fit only 5 female puppets, yet the label on the box states MB + FB (10 puppets). When I requested a return, the pickup agent refused to accept it, saying that it was a partial order. I explained that this is exactly the reason for the return, as I did not receive the complete order.
