I very recently ordered two different brands of scan tools from Amazon in the $500 price range, but returned each due to them being almost impossible to interpret the messages that appeared while using the tools and lack of some basic functions. Add to that, the customer support was non- existent. I saw the Autel MaxiPRO MP-900 and read about the features it has. It is a few hundred dollars more, but I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. You really do get what you pay for. The MP-900 is easy to set up and besides the many features and vehicles it supports it is very straight forward. It also has links to the major automotive sites like Alldata, Mitchell's, iATN and more. So far and am really impressed with the functions that are available. For the price, you can't go wrong. No deciphering messages or trying to guess at what a message means. Any tool related questions I had were promptly answered in a precise manner. Autel's Customer Support is excellent!! I am glad I bought this scan tool and highly recommend it to anyone who works on automobiles. I will be purchasing one of the Autel TPMS Program / Relearn tools next, to continue updating my tool collection. UPDATE: I have had time to really learn this tool and I am amazed at the power this tool has for the price. I can throw out my older equipment since this scanner runs circles around the scan tools I've owned in the past and at a considerable savings. One of the major pluses found is the fact that I added a 32GB SD card and can move all my customer files to the removable SD card and save space on the scanner itself. This is without a doubt best scanner I've purchased. In the past I bought big name scan equipment which for the time worked well, but were a bit complicated when it came to recording, reading and saving data and were pricey as well. Autel made the process simple. If I was still working full time (I am semi-retired) I would buy the top of the line Autel scanner, but that is much much more power than I need. As I mentioned, the TPMS tool is my next Autel purchase, now that I know I am dealing with a reputable company. I HIGHLY recommend this scan tool, or any equipment you may need that Autel sells.

Scanner works great. Had a few issues with the device registration but the autel tech support was very helpful.

The scanner is very easy to use and has a lot of functions. From my experience using it so far, I have had zero issues. The scanner is very responsive with little to no lag. Highly recommend this scanner to anybody looking for one that can do it all.

Have had a little time with this new scanner now. It works and does it's job, but I would say the price vs value isn't all that great. The operating system is a bit slow and clunky. I'm okay purchasing a Chinese made product when the value is there, but this feels like the price point isn't aligned with what you get. It's difficult to compare and understand which models give you what features and their model numbers overlap each other. At the end of the day, I feel this is too expensive for what you get. It should come with more accessories or features.

I bought this due to having to reprogram my turbo actuator. I wasn’t sure this scan tool would work, but it does! Now it should for the price, and saved me money from going to the dealers around me. I think any issue I have going forward I will be able to figure out the issues and diagnose them easily. If you’re on the dense about this tool, it seems they have great customer service and I’ve really only seen positive reviews, and I guess I’m now one of them too.

Is really good. I like that you can program modules with it. I'm really happy with purchase.
