I’ve been using the BLUETREE Dog Doorbells Premium Quality Training Potty Great Dog Bells Adjustable Door Bell Dog Bells for Potty Training Your Puppy The Easy Way - 7 Extra Large Loud 1.4 DoorBells with my dog and honestly they worked so much better than I expected. We used them specifically to teach him how to tell us when he needed to go outside, and within a surprisingly short amount of time he completely understood the system. The bells are loud enough to hear from another room without being obnoxious, and the adjustable strap made it easy to hang on our door handle. I also really liked that the bells feel sturdy and high quality — not cheap or flimsy like some other pet training products. What made the biggest difference was consistency. Every time we went outside, we’d have him tap the bells first, and eventually he started ringing them on his own whenever he needed to potty. It seriously helped cut down on accidents and made communication so much easier. If you’re potty training a puppy or just want a better way for your dog to signal they need to go out, I’d definitely recommend these. Such a simple idea, but incredibly effective.

It actually works. For a few dollars I thought I would give this a try. No big loss if it was a bust. I have a 4 month old Labrador puppy. Hung it near the door and every time I asked her if she had to go potty when she was at the door, I pointed to the bell andtold her “ring the bell “. She went right over to the bell and tapped it with her nose. This was after about 6 hours of hanging it. She doesn’t quite connect ringing the bell with having to go potty, yet. But she has learned what the word “bell” is, and that it needs to be tapped before she can go outside. Still working on it, but I am quite confident this is going to be successful. Incidentally, it’s extremely well made with the sturdy strap and large bells.It does not look like junk. It has enough bells on it so that you can hear it if you are not in the room.

Easily heard bells. Excellent quality. I was using them to train a cat to notify me that he wanted out. It was a bit too long and kept getting caught in the door so I had to replace them for wrist bells that I placed on the doorknob. It would be nice to have a set of bells in an between length to make it easier to reach but not too long or a way to shorten them to accommodate differing heights/needs. Just an idea to consider.

The bells are heavy duty and well made, traditional jingle bell sound...loud. Nylon strap is heavy duty and rugged with adjustable length with snap closure. I really wanted to train my puppy using these bells to alert us to his outdoor needs but my older doggy was terrified of them and that energy made my little pup leery too. Neither dog would go anywhere near the door when the bells hung on the handle, hence we unfortunately had to return them.

Great quality and super easy to train my pup to use. We were having issues of him sitting at the door but I’d be in another room and he’d have an accident in the house. Not my pups fault but this definitely solved the problem!

Doesn't have great spacing for the latching but it is stable and easy to attach. Slowly teaching our dog and I think it'll work well. Just wish the latches were better.

The biggest upgrade from scratching at the door. These bells sound gentle and lovely. Our 7 month old Toy Poodle got the hang of them pretty much immediately. I would just wait for her to play with them and then open the door. Then, when she wanted to come back in, I would let her in and I would then get her to drop and give her a treat to encourage her to keep coming back in. I only did it about 10 times which may have been overkill anyway. Highly recommend, puppy loves them and so do we!
