Anyone who takes NAC knows it can have a really strong, unpleasant smell. This one from Sports Research actually manages the odor pretty well, which makes it much easier to take daily. I love that it’s verified vegan and Non-GMO. It's a reliable, clean supplement that supports my immune system and overall health.

I’ve been taking this NAC supplement for about a month. Overall, I’ve noticed some positive effects like more energy, improved digestion, better skin, and help with postpartum hair shedding. However, I did notice that if I take it on an empty stomach, especially when I’m more sensitive, it can cause some stomach discomfort for me and my husband as well. It also has a strong smell that can be a bit intense. Because of that, I make sure to take it with food now, which has helped a lot. Overall, I do see benefits, but it’s best to be careful with how you take it.

Exactly what I was looking for

So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. DAILY VITAMINS: Zinc 15mg/day Vitamin A 5,000 IU/day ***NAC 600mg/day*** SURFACE TREATMENT: Warm compress 2x a day for 20 minutes with a moist chamomile tea bag on top of cyst under the compress. No weird smell or taste. Great value!

I take this daily to increase my immune system. I have not been sick since I started taking NAC about a year ago.

Added this NAC to my stack a few weeks back. One cap in the morning with breakfast. Clears my head a bit during busy salon days, less foggy by afternoon. Lungs feel easier too after long walks, no tight chest like before. Pairs nice with my other stuff. No weird taste, goes down quick. Jar lasts ages. Solid daily add.

Works as expected. I love that they put a scented gummy of some kind in the bottle that mediates the eggy smell/taste NAC tends to have. That is a really big bonus feature for me. Packaging is easy to open.
