I am extremely pleased with this door hanging file organizer because it has decluttered my workspace and my mind. Energy that was spent remembering, retrieving, then replacing folders is no longer squandered on these inefficient tasks. I can now keep my current and ongoing projects where I can see them, handle them and move them through space while I'm working and organizing. It's like, before this organizer, I was stuck in one of those tile matching games where you can only see two things at a time. Now I can see everything all at once, so I'm more efficient. This system allows me to see and access all files, folders and notebooks at once- I can put my eyes and hands on anything I need to work on, put it back where it came from, and remain calm and methodical because I can now see that everything I need to handle is being handled. Before this product, I would often spread my files and notebooks over the bed or the floor while I worked. This was an imperfect solution but worked better than all the crates, hanging file folders, plastic bins, wire holders and other impossible systems I tried. At the end of a work session I would gather up all my files and notebooks and stack them back on my desk in an ugly pile that dominated my workspace. Fortunately, I don't have to do that anymore. Now, I can look up and see everything I am currently working on- every project and duty is clearly displayed against a dark background. Every crazy piece of paper, document, copy, or form that needs to be filled out, mailed, or filed is right in front of me in a visually pleasing, blessedly finite space. There are enough pockets to not only hold all my current projects, but pockets dedicated to bill paying, calendars, as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Because of how my mind works, this hanging file folder is one of the best purchases I've ever made. In conclusion, if you suffer from a constant, nagging feeling of forgetting something important, or fear missing deadlines, or maybe just feel overwhelmed by your files, folders, and papers in general, I would strongly recommend trying this system or one like it. I am especially fond of this one because it is well made, looks great on the closet door next to me, and even has smaller pockets on the bottom that keep my glasses, calculator, headphones, charging cords, and index cards at my fingertips. I couldn't be happier. Five stars for an amazing product.

I use this for one set of students that does ELA and math monday through friday. For each section I have Monday ELA, Monday Math, Tuesday ELA, Tuesday Math, ext. I put two folders in each section for this week and next week to plan ahead on curriculum. Very useful for subs/students/teacher aids to find what the work is for the day for which subject. We had to hang it above some lockers because the hangers weren't working for us, so the top folder section is difficult to reach if you're under 5'4. If your door doesn't have a window, maybe it doesn't matter, but kids knock on my door on their way to lunch/class so I don't want to block the door window in case someone really needs to come in. The pockets are able to hold a good amount of papers. I put work and tests in the same folder for that period. If you have like 30 students doing packets, this may not be appropriate though. It was actually somewhat difficult to find 5 different colored folders (one color for each day of the week) to go with this on amazon.

Each pocket holds 25 papers nicely (using it in the classroom). Holding up well after several years.

These are AWESOME vertical storage, easy to see and find for an office cubicle, as mine is, or over the door. I wish I had more doors. They are durable and the pockets expand to hold a very thick file or two. I have received numerous complements on how "cool" they were when I brought to the office. I color code different property files that are in progress and have on the outside of my cubicle for easy access. Very effective, and huge time saver. Highly recommend. Ended up purchasing 4 and with more space I would fill it with more.

This is a great product for organizing your home office. It got all of my files off of my desk and now I have to stand up to go get them! lol A little exercise in my work-from-home day. All-in-all a good organizer.

This is perfect for my special education/resource room. It is a great way for my student and I to get organized. The beautiful colors just add to how much we like it

I have used this to help organize data sheets/folders for speech therapy. It is wonderful. The 20 pockets hanger is much more sturdy. The smaller ones were flimsy and files fall out. I don't use them anymore. I recommend for any teacher or speech therapist to keep things in sight and tidy.

I like these. Time will tell if these last.
