The design is straightforward—easy to put on, reversible for left or right hand, and slim enough to wear during daily activities. The spica support does a good job immobilizing my thumb, which definitely helps calm irritation from overuse. I also like that it’s not bulky, so I can still type or use my phone without feeling totally restricted. The copper-infused material feels soft and doesn’t irritate my skin, but it is warm, and after longer wear my hand gets sweaty. The brace is adjustable with Velcro, but I found the straps tricky to line up just right—if you don’t tighten carefully, it can either feel loose or cut into your wrist. Sizing is “one size fits most,” and while it fit me, I can see how someone with a very small or large wrist might struggle with the fit. One other thing to note: this isn’t a heavy-duty brace.
