So here’s what I did and what I think of the taste; I used regular tap water and a medium sauce pan with the Palo Azul in it and heated it up to a boil maybe 10mins. I turned the burner off and let it sit and marinate while it cooled off. I don’t know how long it sat to cool, but I was transferring it to a plastic carafe to put it in the fridge. I wanted to try this without any sweetners or lemon 1st, so I put it in a glass of ice and you know what???!!! Not only did it still have a blue fluorescent hue, but it didn’t taste bad at all. There is no weird flavor or after taste, seriously just like green tea and it was refreshing going down, ( I was just so happy it didn’t taste like wood or sticks).
