A staple for hypothermia!
I am a non diabetic with hypoglycemia. These honey sticks are perfect to carry with me when driving, working out and just doing normal everyday activities. I love the different flavors and the amount of honey in each stick is perfect to bring my sugar back up without spiking.

Where’s the cinnamon?
I have had other cinnamon flavored honey sticks and loved them but I was disappointed in the lack of cinnamon flavor with these. They just tasted like plain honey. 🥲
