I will say, if you plan on doing the loading phase, you will go through almost the entire bottle during the first week, so I'd buy at least 2. Anyone in these reviews complaining of "chest tightness" or anything like that has underlying issues that are not related to this product. At the very worst, your stomach/digestion might reject it or feel uncomfortable.
