Rheal Balance Tonic Cycle 150g

I rarely write reviews but this time I couldn't stay quiet and wanted to share thoughts about this increduble find. I noticed the calming benefits after the first cup. Taste is is sooo lovely as well. I tried it with a bit of stevia or honey as I have sweet tooth, and it worked great. Balance tonic quickly became part of my daily ritual. I mix it with warm water and enjoy slowly. Taste wise it reminds me of a very high quality fruit tea with real pieces if fruit. It makes sense as this product is made from real fruit and plant ingredients. I always research thoroughly ingredients of wellness products and this one really stands out! Super natural, high quality and potent ingredients! No wonder it works so well.. I also enjoy it with smoothies (with banana + almond milk is my favourite), and mixed woth oats and natural yogurt. Overall thoughts: amazing stuff. It tastes great and so helpful when you are looking to support hormone balance. I'm few years away from my 40s and now understand how fundamental hormonal health is in how we feel daily. I am so happy I found a product that genuinely works. I feel so much better. Highly recommend! Will definitely be buying again. Its now a staple in my wellness product shelf!!

I’ve been using Rheal Balance Tonic for a few days now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I noticed improvements in my energy levels and digestion, feeling much less bloated. The taste is surprisingly smooth, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients! I’ve tried other products before, but none with such noticeable differences or side effects. Would fully recommend if you appreciate a quality product with effective results. I was sceptical if I'm honest, I haven't ever really believed stuff like this could work but I figured trying it was easier than trying to see a GP and get them to actually help me . A week in now and this weekend I bounced out of bed with more energy than I have had for a couple of years. My bloating is going down, energy levels and concentration is up, I don't get up for work feeling so exhausted I could cry. I personally don't think it tastes brilliant but mixed with apple juice with a whisk and neck it back quickly and it's tolerable, the benefits are worth a bit of yuck factor in my opinion

Arrived promptly. It tastes horrible and smells too when I mix with water !! I mix with orange juice or Greek yogurt. I can say I do feel less tried in a morning, so that’s bonus . Only been taking 5 days .

Bought this to balance hormones and I must say it made a massive difference. Within 2 weeks I felt the benefits. Honestly I did not expect it to work but I'm glad it does. I can function normally without all the stress and mood swings.

I bought this because I heard this was good for women’s hormones. Unfortunately I can’t get over the taste, it honestly tastes like sick. That horrible acid-y taste in your mouth when you’ve been unwell. Such a shame as it’s an expensive product.

Didn’t make any difference.

I added a teaspoon full to my plain porridge & it tastes like raspberries! Lovely berry colour too :) I will be adding this to many dishes. Nice packaging to have out in the kitchen & tub is almost full to the top. Worth the price I think.
