Great smart plug that’s easy to set up and use. I use it to turn my fan on and off with voice commands and to automatically switch off my phone charger after an hour overnight. The scheduling and automation features work well, and it’s been reliable so far. Very happy with it.

Great easy to connect and operate via the app or in my case Alexa. Perfect for lights / tv etc. currently have my bedroom fan attached to it be in this heatwave allows me to operate with ease

I have a number of these around the house and on the whole, a very good product. Integrate well with Home Assistant and the app isn't bad where they are pretty easy to setup. Regular updates show committed support from TPL but connectivity can be a bit hit and miss. That said, after a couple of years 2 of them have failed with the relay constantly clicking (not necessarily the Amazon-bought ones). Appears to be a common issue that can be fixed if you want to disassemble and solder in a new capacitor. If bought at the best price when on offer, and you accept they're not going to last forever I would still recommend these but there are other smart plugs with same capabilities at similar prices/quality. Attempting fixing not worth the faff.

I bought these to replace two Alexa Basics plugs that turn off but allow the power to continue to flow so were pointless. The plugs were very easy to set up in the TAPO app- the instructions are short and to the point - download the app!! Once done that, it was very simple to connect to Wifi etc. Alexa didn't automatically recognise the devices until I added them and they then linked accounts. So far, the plugs are responsive to Alexa commands and turn on and off. My only comment would be they are quite tall so if you have a double socket with USB or similar, the TAPO may prevent access

It's relatively small and compact for a smart plug. I like the fact that it works with home assistant and that it's very responsive, meaning that the connectivity is on LAN and doesn't travel through the internet like some other plugs (some plugs/smart devices go through the internet and back and hence why it takes 1-2 seconds before it responds). The energy monitoring was very convenient when I was tuning the parameters (undervolting, speeds, etc) on my server CPU where I was trying to optimise energy efficiency. In fact, if you hook it up with home assistant, you can see the graph of energy usage over time. I was trying to take this a step further by trying to use it to work out when my rice was cooked (it's a dumb rice cooker, but you can tell when it's cooking based on the wattage it consumes lol). I've attached a screenshot of a graph, it's mislabeled as rice cooker but was actually the server eating the watts, but it's cool! I think this is a great plug and great value (<£20?), I'm not sure what else I would want from a smart plug but this meets all my needs. I would recommend.

I have a whole TPLINK home/office setup which includes CCTV, Plugs, Security and WIFI7. I have bought many of the P100 and P110 sockets to ensure consistency and compatibility system wise. As you may know they have released the P110M. The M range allowing you to connect to additional apps like HomeKit and SmartLife/Things. Anyway, I have had 2 of the P110 plugs fail in the last 6 months. Just coming up to 2 years since purchase. I contacted TPlink customer service via the Tapo/TPLINK APP and website. I have received tremendous support. Lisa has been the constant connection, receiving and responding to my requests. They have replaced the relevant items without hesitation, this includes one fo the CCTV TC82 solar cameras which I bought direct from them. Just requiring that the product was registered on their website to confirm authentication. That is perfectly understandable. So my advice to save time later is when you buy TPLINK make sure you register. You will also be able to see when the specific warranty ends. As different products have different warranty lengths. So. To sum up. TPLINKS are excellent quality, easy to setup and reset, work straight from one TAPO app and usable from anywhere you are in the world. And, most important, after buying and when things go wrong LISA and Customer service are superb. I know some will have not such good experience. This may be a little to do with not registering or having proof of purchaser available. In today’s world we should expect to be able to prove online purchases and the likes of Amazon provide invoices etc. Well done TPLINK .

Awesome product honestly. Work with app and you can access it from anywhere in the world. plug quality is good as it doesn't spark and perfectly fit. I like the small light within the plug which indicate if the plug is on or not. Further, timer and schedule function has made my life easy!! highly recommended.

Die TP-Link Tapo P110 macht genau das, was sie soll. Die Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt und dank der übersichtlichen Tapo-App sofort einsatzbereit. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und auch die Verbrauchsmessung ist ein praktisches Extra, um den Stromverbrauch im Blick zu behalten. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige Smart-Steckdose mit einfacher Handhabung und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen.
