Camera is installed under eave where it is not exposed to weather. After one year, the camera would no longer move in an upward direction. The result is that once the camera pans down, it gets stuck in that position and your view is now of the ground. I contacted EZVIZ and was told “it's out of our support scope - thank you for your understanding”. Camera can still be used as a fixed camera, but you are paying a lot more for no added capability.
