A: you take them out then blow your nose.

**Q: What is the recommended way, if any, according to manufacturer to clean these - or can they not be reused for awhile? Thank you.**
A: I'm not aware of the recommended method of cleaning according to the manufacturer. However, I clean mine every two days. I hold them with tweezers under very hot water for about 30 seconds, being sure that each part of the filter device is being cleansed.  I have not had any bacterial issues since doing this.

**Q: how do I know which size is correct for my nose?**
A: I cant find the medium side to order. All I seem to be able to get is the multi pack of sizes and then I throw some away. Where did you find just the medium size?

**Q: How do you know what size is right for you?**
A: My daughtеr have a tound nostril width-6-7 mm, lenght - 8-9 mm. On site of this profuct I read that small -10,12 mm. Which I need to choose?
